A personal lines MGA is currently seeking a Claims Operations Manager to organise and drive the customer claims experience through the management of the TPA which is both directly and indirectly connected to the supply chain.
The role will be focused on administering high-calibre vendor management; principally ensuring the TPA and supply chain are co-operating successfully. Including but not limited to; continuous observation of the customer experience as well as the TPA - Supplier relationship, oversight of external audits and control of a large budget indemnity spend.
Our client is seeking a tech savvy and commercially minded individual with at least 5 years' experience within a claims leadership role, focusing on household/property claims, strong relationship management skills, and an innovative approach to claims management.
