Job Description:  Our client is a well-regarded business who are currently recruiting for a Desktop Investigator. The role will support the delivery of counter fraud services to the insurance industry

The role:

  •  Development of Level 1 and Level 2 Customer requests in accordance with business      standards
  • To enhance through desktop investigative techniques, the intelligence products such as reports profiles and briefings produced by the business
  • Participate in the delivery of first-class counter fraud services
  • Produce compelling intelligence products and evidence packages for internal and external customers
  • Support the Intelligence team’s development of subject and company profiles for internal and external customers responsible for the desktop investigation element of the proactive network reports and business operations
  • Timely delivery of ad-hoc research and analysis for internal stakeholders
  • To support the ongoing development of the investigative capability of the team as a whole
  • Working with other stakeholders to provide class leading evidence packages to law enforcement
  • Delivery against annual objectives
  • Delivery against personal development plan

Key Requirements-        

  • Minimum QCF level 5, this equates to Certificates of Higher Education, Foundation Degree, Higher National Diplomas
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role in an insurer / financial services organisation, service provider or law enforcement agency
  • Demonstrable track record of problem solving through desktop investigations
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to the insurance industry
