As a Modelling Analyst/Scorecard Developer, you will use modelling techniques to help build predictive scorecards, provide ad-hoc analysis, customer visits and support, and present conclusions to management.

Key Responsibilities of the Modelling Analyst/Scorecard Developer:

  • Build, monitor and validate predictive models/scorecards including application, behavioural, retention, termination, etc.
  • Work closely with other entities and departments
  • Act as a point of contact for analytics queries
  • Assist in any project work that involves the statistical analysis of data
  • Travel overseas (occasional short visits e.g. Mon to Fri) to support other branches or customers in various projects

The ideal candidate for this Modelling Analyst/Scorecard Developer opportunity will have the following knowledge, experience and understanding:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of scorecard modelling and the techniques behind (e.g. Logistic Regression/Decision Trees etc.)
  • Computer literate - experience of using SAS, R, SQL, and similar softwares/tools
  • Strong academics in relevant subjects (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Financial Engineering etc.)
  • Analytical mind, problem solving abilities and the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
