Prestigious Financial Institution seeks high calibre Treasury specialist with an expert level of knowledge relating to liquidity-ALM to join an exceedingly high profile and well respected business area.The roles are extremely varied and require applicants to demonstrate, in addition to a strong technical risk/treasury knowledge, excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, complemented by superior academics. Responsibilities are wide ranging and will include the analysis of risk management practices, monitoring and analysing market conditions and undertaking extensive consultation with senior management both internally and externally. Specific duties will include stress testing, market analysis, data analysis and modelling, scenario analysis and the ongoing design and implementation of innovative and robust risk management frameworks.
The successful candidates will have knowledge of a broad range of treasury instruments and the complex financial products used to manage risk, together with strong mathematical and problem solving skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience will be gained from a banking, risk management or consultancy environment and a good understanding of the overall treasury management function of a bank is essential.
