National IFA firm are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to work with the business in ensuring regulatory standards are met and driving the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for risk management and implementing compliance policies for the IFA’s who work out of the Surrey regional office.
• This is a vital role to the business ensuring safe growth by managing risks and providing a Risk Consultancy role.
• You will be responsible for providing support and coaching to the advisors.
• Implementing corporate policy regarding compliance and T&C
• Effectively managing key risks and enhancing the quality of advice provided by the advisers.

Skills & Experience:
• Full FPC or equivalent is essential.
• Compliance experience, preferably working for an IFA.
• Excellent people skills – communicating and influencing especially - are essential for this role
