Financial services company is seeking a new T&C Consultant, to be based in their offices in either London or Surrey.

You will be part of a small team responsible for the Company’s T&C Scheme, including supervision, skills training and assessments and monitoring of standards for new and experienced Partners, ensuring the development of Partners, assisting them to develop their business, whilst ensuring that this business meets the company and regulatory quality standards.

Ideal candidates are likely to have worked directly with Sales Management, either operating as a T&C Coach/Supervisor or in a training capacity. As this role is extended from the traditional T&C role, some background of business development is desirable.

Candidates MUST have full FPC and CeMAP / MAQ or equivalent CF exams.
