Systems AccountantRobert Half International are currently recruiting for a Systems Accountant to work for a contract based business based on the outskirts of Bristol.The Role
As the Systems Accountant you will have sole responsibility for the maintenance and development of the companies information systems. This will cover a number of aspects across the business including Reporting, Process Improvement, Database maintenance, contracts and customers. You will be implementing business improvements through change management and development of systems. Knowledge of database development and understanding how to leverage information to improve reporting and ultimate streamline performance is key.Strong IT skills are essential along with an understanding of finance and accounting practices. You will be from either a systems or finance background with strong academics. You will also manage a team of four accounts assistants who have responsibility for the ledgers so people management experience would be an advantage.To be considered you will be someone who has experience in driving change with some application of finance within a changing business process environment.Salary & Benefits
