The Role:An exceptional opportunity for a Structured Finance Professional to tackle a challenging and varied portfolio of work reviewing Structured Finance arrangements within Financial Services. As a Structured Finance specialist you will play a key role in providing support to ensure current arrangements meet industry requirements; identifying, controlling and mitigating risk to Structured Finance initiatives. You will focus on advising and working with stakeholders to understand emerging risks and practices within the sphere of Structured Finance, such as securitisation.

Major Financial Services Organisation.
The Candidate:
You possess Structured Finance experience, for example using structured finance to fund a balance sheet, rating or advising on transactions, or due diligence ahead of investing in a structure. You should have thorough understanding of risk pertaining to Structured Finance or securitisation within a wholesale banking environment. Experience of ABS exchange or similar is also desirable. We are interested in receiving candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills and a robust approach to managing relationships.
