The Role:This is an excellent and newly created opportunity for a Senior Risk Advisor to join this expanding division of a well-respected financial institution. Reporting directly to the Director of the Risk division, you will be responsible for analysing consolidated risk information on a portfolio of firms with exposures from business, credit, counterparty, market and liquidity risk. You will be tasked with establishing the central risk intelligence unit to provide high value added information and analysis to stakeholders, leading thematic and analytical reviews and presenting findings to senior supervisors.

The Candidate:
With previous extensive experience of assessing financial institutions you will have strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative financial analysis and will possess a broad appreciation of financial economics with an emphasis on risk management. A driven and delivery-oriented individual, you will possess excellent judgement and will also be able to think strategically regarding both internal and external stakeholders. You are a first-class communicator, able to present to and influence at the most senior level and will have strong relationship management skills.
