An opportunity has arisen to perform a Senior Manager role within Credit policy and lending strategy within a large Retail banking client. You will be responsible for ensuring that lending processes and policies fit within the risk appetite set by the business. You will also look at process mapping, gap analysis, and recommending actions on risk matters in order to ensure that decisions can be made by senior management. You will be supporting the development of risk systems, controls and insightful management information in order to support the management of risk strategies.
To apply for this role, you will be:
Degree educated, with experience within retail credit risk, and experience influencing policies across a large financial services organization. You will also have knowledge of lending products and have a range of analytical skills using a range of tools.
