My Client is looking for a Senior Credit Controller who will be responsible for collections and reconciling customer accounts and assembling credit/financial information in an assigned geographical area, in accordance with the company credit policies. Analyse accounts receivable to determine past-due accounts and make collection via telephone, email, facsimile and letter, whilst maintaining relevant customer records. Makes customer visits if necessary. Interacts with Sales and Business Management to understand account performance and needs.The key areas of responsibility include:Financial analysis, reconciliation of customer accounts, collection of due invoices and release of orders. Customers, both internal and external. Internal customers are mainly Business Management, CSO and Sales. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages can be advantageous. Higher level knowledge of key business tools - MS Office products, Oracle, email and analytical tools.work experience with a manufacturer, preferable of multinational origin or possibly in the Credit Department of a Bank.Salary & Benefits
