This Senior Analyst will be positioned in a centre of excellence team which will be responsible for capital appraisal, modelling and fleet analysis to support real estate decisions. You will need extensive experience in capital investment appraisal and comfortable developing investment proposals using the corporate NPV model. Using corporate models and incisive analysis, the role liaises with senior management in Europe and the US to ensure the correct decisions are made and processes followed. Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this Senior Analyst is between 45k - 55k with attractive benefits. The role is based in central London.
