Our client is a top ranked asset manager with a global presence (London, Geneva, Hong Kong, New York, Stockholm etc) focusing on high performance. The asset manager has an excellent brand name across the globe and some very strong established relationships in the institutional market. They are now expanding their Europe based sales and marketing teams in Geneva and London and they are looking for good marketers/sales people who will cover institutional investors in Switzerland, France, Spain and Germany.Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining existing client relationships and expanding these
- Marketing Fund of Funds to private banks, portfolio managers, insurance companies, banks, pension funds, family offices in Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain
- Monitoring the institutional market for potential institutional investors
- Working closely and conducting meetings with the sales teams in Hong Kong, Stockholm and New York
Skills required:
- Proven track record on Fund of Fund sales or proven track record on the buy side
- Exceptional candidates from a top tier investment banking sales/marketing background will also be considered
- Existing relationships with insurance companies, private banks, portfolio managers, family offices and/or pension funds in the European market
- Fluency in French, German or Spanish
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Fund of fund market
