Description:
Strategic Risk Control Manager is sought for this long standing insurance company. Trading for over 100 years, employing over 30,000 employees worldwide and who's product range is sold primarily through independent brokers.This key role within the management function, will have responsibility to set the strategic direction and ensure the delivery of the company's risk control requirements in the UK. Reporting to the underwriting manager, you will coordinate and direct the delivery of risk control and account management services to clients across all commercial lines business areas in the UK, with particular emphasis on Property & Casualty.
Uk travel will be required.
In order to be considered for this role, I am looking for you to fulfill a number of expectations:
- Past working knowledge in a similar senior management role for Risk Control
- Market leading technical skills including MIOSH (or equivalent) & ACII qualifications or equivalent
- First class leadership & motivational skills
- Open minded & Forward strategic thinking
- Able to communicate effectively and influence others
- A single minded focus upon delivery of first class service to internal and external customers.
