International Derivatives firm are seeking to recruit an additonal Regulatory Lawyer to join their Legal and Compliance team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the sales teams in EMEA and Asia meet their regulatory obligations, drafting of full compliance procedures and documentation including the compliance manual , outsourcing agreement s, corporate governance etc support the UK clearing house application and on-going business , develop and coordinate the relationship with the FSA and other key regulators in EMEA and Asia , ensure compliance of UK operations with local UK laws (eg corporate governance, general company law, EU laws such as data protection etc) , provide legal and regulatory support to local sales and research and development teams on new marketing initiatives/products and liaise with trade associations regulatory committees .

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with around 5 years experience in Compliance within a Wholesale Bank, Exchange or Clearing House.
