A well-established Asset Management House is seeking Real Estate transactions experts to join its Principle Investments team. Suitable candidates will ideally have:



- analyst or associate level experience on a Private Equity or M&A team focusing on Real Estate.

- Strong financial modeling/ valuations skills (e.g. DCF/LBO modeling)

- Experience on the execution of deals.



You will be working directly alongside Real Estate Fund Managers on the origination, execution and modeling of large scale Pan-European Real Estate principle investments.
