A major Real Estate Principle Investments fund is looking for an associate to join its London team. The group conducts real estate acquisitions throughout Europe, with a flexible and opportunistic approach. It is led by some very high-caliber industry players who have innovated in this field in the last few years. They are seeking someone with:-Experience on Real Estate M&A Investment Banking team at a bulge bracket investment bank, or Real Estate Private Equity team. What counts is that you have experience working on live real estate acquisitions.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, in particular an ability to model and value a range of real estate assets.
-Strong execution abilities. European languages (German/French/Spanish) are desirable, as the team conducts a lot of European buyouts.
