You will be responsible for the design and execution of overall portfolio risk management strategy & risk appetite, and delivery of end-end portfolio risk KPIs, including asset quality, impairment ratios, and exposure limits. You will also lead a team of analysts and manage stakeholder relationships with Finance, Strategy, and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a portfolio strategy team in financial services, preferably loans. You will have mentored/managed teams of analysts to deliver successful portfolio strategies. This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading financial services organisations in a role responsible for the design and execution of pricing strategies within personal loans.
You will be responsible for customer profitability insight and retention strategies as well as acquisition analysis.
You will deal weekly with ad-hoc business requests for data and insight as well as controlling and delivering MI daily. More senior candidates will be expected to develop and implement pricing models from scratch.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a pricing team in financial services, preferably loans. You will also be degree educated in a numerate discipline (or equivalent).
