A top tier European investment bank is currently looking for a senior compliance and risk manager with the remit to design and implement a robust operational risk framework and generate competitive advantage under industry regulations. You will be managing all aspects of the changing regulatory climate across the front office, working directly in conjunction with trading desk heads and business stakeholders. Candidates should be able to demonstrate existing knowledge of financial products within any of the following:Equity Derivatives
Exotic credit derivatives
Interest rate Derivatives
FX and Hybrid products
Commodities (non physical or physical)
The operational risk manager will be responsible for risk management plus helping the business development within new markets and products. The successful candidates should be familiar with the UK regulatory framework (SOX, MiFID, FSA proposals), and have a strong track record of working within investment banks.
