This Mayfair-based and globally-renowned asset manager is looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join its growing team.
Scope of responsibility includes facilitation of risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation.
 

• Identification through a comprehensive review program, of operational exposures within Investment businesses 
• Operational vulnerability analysis
• Loss and Error review
• Regression testing of corrective actions
• Support where necessary due diligence for business lines and products
• Ad-hoc risk based reviews of business units as appropriate
• Provide support to ensure that areas of the business are measuring potential exposures in a consistent and disciplined manner
• Your role may include a specific discipline or disciplines as directed such as Credit Monitoring, Relationship Co-Ordination, Action Tracking and Business Recovery Planning etc.
• Escalation of all issues to the Senior Manager of Operational Risk on a timely basis
• Contribute to the production of Risk Registers as appropriate
• Working with line managers to assist in defining and directing internal controls
• Execution of annual OpRisk plans
• Completion of all aspects of Operational Risk programmes

An understanding of the Advanced Measurement Approach is preferred
