International Wealth Management firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Operational Risk manager.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 2, ensuring the control framework is in place across Financial Planning, Wealth, Tax, Trusts & Estates to support a constantly improving risk profile and fair treatment of clients, ensuring that the effectiveness of the risk environment is clearly communicated through internal management reporting and audit trails, utilise Group tools based on methodology for SOX and Basel to maintain accurate assessments of the Wealth Planning risk profile through monitoring and review and work with management to identify and implement tactical and strategic improvements to the control framework

Risk experience within the IFA and or Private Clients Wealth Management is sought. Knowledge of Taxation and Trusts desirable.
