THE COMPANY:

Our client is a successful financial services house with offices across the globe. They provide a number of services to institutional and retail clients.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Approving and opening New Accounts for CFD and Spread betting and FX

To pick up a project to achieve 90% automation of AML/KYC checks for UK applications, to automate overseas applications, looking at overseas data sources and working with developers to build the new accounts systems to support a rapidly internationally growing business

In conjunction with Compliance, keeping procedures up to date with any changes within JMLSG guidelines.

Working with Client Services and Margins to improve our Fraud procedures and to keep them up to date

Keep New Account client communications up to date with procedures and guidelines

Review procedures for on boarding and work with project managers in other areas of the business to ensure a smooth process

Production of statistics for Senior Management

Working with Senior Management to restructure and improve the New Accounts function

Management of employees, controlling all absence and shift work.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strong KYC/AML experience gained within financial services

Management experience is essential

Experience of dealing with corporate & trust accounts

Ideally educated to degree level or posses a professional qualification
