The Role:We have been instructed by a prestigious retail financial services organization to source a Manager for their Conduct of Risk and Governance team. This team is responsible for the assessment and mitigation of conduct risks before they crystallize. A significant element of the role will involve testing controls and product governance to ensure the delivery of fair outcomes for consumers. You will also manage the relationship with the FSA in relation to their treating customers fairly arrow assessments.

Our client are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of the FSA’s treating customers fairly framework. Candidates who have experience of controls within firms either through compliance, operational risk or governance would be considered.
