The Role:Our client, a leading banking group requires a number of lean professionals to assist in developing a lean process improvement methodology and framework, and managing the roll out across the group. You will apply lean process improvement assessment and management techniques to various business units across the group and project work streams to develop the groups lean/process improvement approach.

The Person:
The successful applicant will be a lean practitioner, with experience of managing process improvement within a similar large corporate environment. Ideally the candidate will come from Financial Services, although other sectors will be considered. You should be a black belt in lean/six sigma, ideally with a Prince 2 certification and a demonstrable history of process improvement initiatives delivering financial benefits. Hands on implementation experience is preferable. You will be a self-starter, with a mature & professional approach, able to report at the most senior level and manage relationships across the bank.
