Description:
FTSE 250 Retail and Financial Services business has an opportunity for a high-calibre auditor to join the Internal Audit function at the head office in London, with up to 50% global travel.Reporting to the Director of Audit and Risk Management, this is a high profile position within the group with exposure to management at both a local and Plc level on a regular basis. The Internal Audit team is viewed as a training ground for future business leaders with emphasis placed on contributing to the overall needs of the business whilst focusing on career development for the individuals in the team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or equivalent, with strong relationship building and communication skills along with good business acumen and a pragmatic approach to problem solving are required, along with an ability to align the objectives of an effective control environment with the objectives of the group.
