The Role
-To conduct project reviews of significant risk areas -To provide assurance on the quality of the control environment-To add value by advising management on cost effective controls-To improve audit practice and methods by moving from ad-hoc to continuous monitoring Main Tasks and Responsibilities-Planning co-ordination and delivery of projects-Development and implementation of a fraud prevention program by identifying schemes and scenarios to test for symptoms of control weakness.-Investigations for accurate and fair outcomes.-Responsibility for factual and objective recommendations for improvement and the delivery of productivity benefits and cost efficiencies throughout the group.-Contribution to the preparation and agreement of risk based audit plans by assisting management in the identification of risks.
