Description:
International Derivatives firm are seeking to recruit an additional Compliance professional to assist the Legal and Compliance team, undertaking a project for a new entity within the group.You will be responsible for assisting in putting together the monitoring programme and associated documentation and involved in drafting the compliance manual and documentation covering corporate governance, training manuals and outsourcing agreements.
Experience required - 3 years plus monitoring experience within a Wholesale Bank, Brokerage, Hedge Fund, Exchange or Clearing House.
