Description:
Top tier bulge bracket US investment bank looking to recruit Director Level and Executive Director level candidates to take senior positions on the desk in New York. This role offers the opportunity to head up a small team of 5 structurers and progression to head of desk for the right candidateRole will involve structuring, pricing and designing interest rates exotics products for institutional and retail clients.
Ideal candidate will be a strong name in a top house- have a solid technical background and have strong client facing skills and ability to liaise directly and explain products to the sales team.
No languages required although any exposure to Latam clients could be of interest.
Any interest rate sales or marketing experience an advantage and also hybrids exposure but it is essential to have a solid interest rates background.
