The role:

An excellent opportunity for a Hybrids Book Manager has arisen within this leading global investment bank. Reporting directly to the manager this role will increase the capacity and depth of the team in order to improve the delivery, training, development and quality of the team

The Candidate:

Educated to degree or equivalent level, the candidate will ideally have experience in investment banking or wider financial services. In addition you will have the professional demeanour and communication skills required for you deal with all levels of staff. A key responsibility will be to standardise reporting of PnL & Risk across the group, review the Vol calibration runs, weekend scenarios etc in order to understand the key risks in the book, managing the training and development of staff, including setting objectives and measuring performance.
