The Role:An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Credit Risk Executive to lead the Credit Risk Department within this unique Financial Services organisation. Reporting to the Divisional Risk Director, the role will encompass analysis of all credit processes from origination, approvals, and collections to collateral, governance, and provisioning across all corporate credit, retail credit and structured finance business areas. You will have overall responsibility for securitization review and IRB. Management of the department will include the recruitment, leadership and development of the team to achieve these goals.

The Candidate:
As a Senior Executive you possess a strong track record in Credit Risk Management, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, and experience of regulatory challenge and special purpose vehicles ( CDO’s, Securitisations and Credit Derivatives ). The incumbent will be highly analytical, strategic, and organized, an excellent communicator, with strong leadership, influencing and relationship development skills. As a thought leader and outcome oriented, the successful executive will be comfortable communicating at the most senior level with a robust approach to managing relationships.
