Job Title: Graduate Risk AnalystLocation: Halifax
Salary: £22,000 + Bonus, SAS Training & Benefits
This is a specialist risk role to support the risk team in providing comprehensive management information on the performance of the portfolio team. The role holder will extract, manipulate and analysis data to support strategy development and support communication to key stakeholders including the director of credit risk, divisional risk office and group risk. The role holder will work with the manager of MI analytics and loss curve development to improve management reports, develop loss curves for the business and face off to the risk teams.
Candidate Profile
• Experience of data analysis, ideally but not essentially in a credit risk environment
• Degree (2:1 +) in mathematics or a similar numerate subject.
• Experience in the use of computer software packages, ideally SAS, preferred.
• Skilled in the interpretation of data and able to work to a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a cross-site team.
