Fraud AnalystBased Leeds

Confident and experienced, you’ll have what it takes to investigate and limit the impact of Application fraud on our customer base. You’ll use fraud prevention measures, credit agency tools and our Fraud Management System to detect the sort of criminal activity that’s indicated by unusual call usage and credit card transactions.
Your role involves talking to victims of fraud, the public and barred prepay customers, so it’s essential that you’re empathetic and articulate. These communication skills should be balanced with knowledge of fraud prevention services (including CIFAS) and credit agency systems, plus a gift for teamwork, IT, problem solving, data analysis and data mining.
