Description:

In this role your role and responsibilities will be varied and will require you to:

Ensure that all communications with customers are clear, fair and not misleading and new products / propositions comply with the relevant regulations.
Provide guidance on matters of regulatory risk advising business unit on areas of campaign, product and proposition development.
To provide approval of financial promotions, scripting, internal processes, staff training and other communications ensuring these meet all relevant regulation and legislation to mitigate brand/regulatory risk within the firm.
To keep informed of any relevant business and regulatory changes, to ensure customer facing and internal material and processes remain compliant with applicable requirements.

To succeed in this role you will have knowledge of FSA rules and principles such as Banking Code, ICOBS, MCOB, COB, DPA. You will also have previous experience performing financial promotion sign offs.
