The Company

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a leading public sector organisation in Stirling. This is a part-time position, offering the successful candidate an opportunity to take control of the finance function within a fast moving environment.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be based within a management team of highly experienced professionals, providing a strong finance function with the assistance of one financial administrator. You will be directly responsible for the preparation of management accounts, assist in budget preparation and monitoring, variance analysis and producing budget reports for committee. This role requires hands-on management, ensuring the organisation can maintain its growth and influence within its sector. Our client requires only Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAS/CIPFA should apply for this position. In addition, you will have a proven history in successfully overseeing a finance function, process improvement and working in conjunction with business leaders from various departments The structure of the business will permit the successful candidate a high degree of working-hour flexibility, ideal for ensuring a strong work-life balance whilst developing your career in finance at the highest level.

Salary & Benefits

Based on experience, this position offers a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 plus benefits.
