The Company
Robert Half International is currently recruiting for a global company seeking an European Audit Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of auditors based in the UK and will report directly into the Vice President of internal auditThe Role
This exciting position has arisen as a result of an internal reorganisation of the European operations. The company has significant operations in the UK, Germany, France and Italy. The successful candidate will be required to make all the decisions relating to the structure and composition of the team, including hiring new staff members where necessary. You will be essential in performing risk assessment and determines the main scope of the audits, alongside developing value adding recommendations for improvements and being fully involved with any senior management decisions. This role requires 25% European TravelSalary & Benefits
The following knowledge, skills and experience are considered essential: experience of working as an internal auditor in any organisation, commerce and industry or practice, possess an internationally recognised accounting qualification ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent; experience of working across Europe, be it the UK, France, Germany or Italy, strong personal and presence with a confident and professional demeanour; solid project management, leadership, teamwork and relationship skills.
