Role Overview:An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Management Manager who will have day-to-day responsibility for a team of analysts, developing risk policies, ensuring governance and portfolio strategy for the credit card portfolio and affinity cards. As well as evaluating Management Information to monitor and manage portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing Account Management policy and strategy
- Responsible for driving change to manage bad debts, increase card acceptance, maximise profitability and decrease losses.
- Optimisation of exposure management
- Manage strategy changes within the Account Management software, TRIAD
Experience and Qualifications
- The candidate should possess a numerate degree
- Experience should have been gained in an analytical role in the financial services or similar
- Detailed knowledge of Decision Tree software such as Triad or Strategy Management is essential
