Current accounts are THE relationship product, and therefore the current account team sits at the heart of the overall Retail Strategy of building deep and enduring relationships with customers. When a customer takes out a current account with us, they are sharing information with us, and agreeing to transact with us regularly. Winning a new current account customer lets us tailor and sell other products to them based on their actual personal needs.
A key plank of our relationship strategy is to develop these customers cross holdings levels.
Key Purpose
As part of the PCA Customer Management team, develop and implement customer contact strategies in order to develop profitable relationships and achieve revenue, growth & profit objectives
Key Accountabilities
• Support the development and execution of specific strategies to develop new current account customers cross holdings.
• Develop processes and activities to support the activation of new current account customers
• Support the development and tracking of key customer cross holding to ensure strategies are delivering.
• Develop understanding of customer cross buying behaviour and its key drivers.
• Support the identification and sharing of best practice between brands.
