Job Title: Credit Risk Reporting Manager x 2Location: London – EC
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + London Allowance (£3,500), Bonus & Benefits
Start: March / April
Overview
To manage the production of credit risk analysis (Intelligence) and key Board and executive reporting. Producing exceptional analysis across products that is insightful, helping to identify key areas to improve the performance of credit risk management. We are looking for Managers who can spearhead the work on answering critical questions to inform debate at a senior level. Candidates will have strong analytical backgrounds - either in credit risk or possibly finance and know the pressure of delivering to tight timescales, how to juggle multiple tasks and deal with demanding stakeholders.
The role will focus on:
• Being part of a leading capability to produce insightful intelligence, good practices and performance
• Managing the development, production and maintenance of Retail credit reporting
• Managing presentation of information and reporting of credit risk, facilitating effective decision making, discussion and extracting the messages and points succinctly
• Manage monitoring and highlighting emerging economic and consumer trends, leading the information gathered from benchmarking groups
• Ensuring all reporting is accurate and fully reconciled wherever possible
• Provision of regular updates of Analyst's reports
• Providing commentary to support MI
• Building and managing relationships with providers and recipients of data/MI
• Provide coaching to senior analyst to enhance capability of the team.
• Support the Senior Manager Reporting and Intelligence in building a best in class reporting and intelligence function
Candidate Profile
• Strong candidates will have a working knowledge of credit risk and/or Finance systems and data.
• Exceptional programming skills in SAS and other data manipulation packages
• Strong skills in use of Microsoft packages - PowerPoint, Excel, VB, Word etc
• Relevant skills in data extraction and manipulation in a Finance reporting environment
