A top corporate bank based in the city of London is looking for an experienced Credit Business Analyst.


Overall Job Purpose
§        To design, document and manage delivery of new functionality to the Commercial Credit Risk System (CCRS) in place within 10 emerging market countries. CCRS is a highly configurable commercial credit submission & rating platform with in-built PD & LGD models.
§        Help in the roll-out of the Commercial Credit Risk system into new countries
§        Manage the releases which will include these enhancements
Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)

 60 % Business Analysis

§        Work closely with the key business stakeholders in Commercial Credit to understand and challenge requirements
§        Document requirements and manage acceptance/signoff process. Support Design, Build and Testing teams.
§        Responsible for User Acceptance testing and advising the business about the quality of the release.
§        Responsible for high quality deliverable and making sure that the defects and changes are implemented accurately.
§        Accountable for functionality implemented in CCRS Production environment and its sustainability
§        Responsible for configuring some of the changes via the Front end interface
 
40% Solutions Delivery / Project Management

§        Plan and support the Agile implementation approach for delivering changes in the system.
§        Manage end-to-end delivery of release, drawing on Project Management skills to manage multi-discipline implementation teams.
§        Provide expertise and continuity across both the business solution and technical solution.
§        Manage interdependencies across teams/activities and leverage synergies across.
§        Accountable for managing the release through the various activities - scope definition, implementation, code deployment and testing.
 
 
Person Specification

Essential Knowledge & Experience§        Strong business facing analysis skills
§        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
§        Strong technical facing implementation management skills
§        Strong data analysis and data modelling experience
§        Experience managing solution delivery, but not necessarily from a pure Project Management perspective
§        Working knowledge of SQL and databases

§        Ability to work well in teams and leverage the synergies
Preferred Knowledge & Experience §        Experience within a major Financial Institution
§        Expertise in Commercial Credit, Credit Risk, PD and LGD models
§        Experience of Global system projects
§        Experience of interaction with Global Teams
§        Working knowledge of C#
