The Company
Robert Half Management Resources are recruiting for a Corporate/Clinical Risk Manager for a Midlands NHS Trust
The Role
The Risk Manager is required to work within the Clinical Governance and Service Improvement Team and to work closely with local and corporate Risk/Clinical Governance leads, Clinicians and Service Managers.
The Risk Manager is needed to lead on risk management agenda across a set of Services; produce and deliver a risk management development plan; manage the incident / risk / safety alerts reporting processes; support the service managers to deliver all aspects of this role in a timely manor; ensure compliance with National and local standards / policies relating to risk / patient safety; and ensure an open learning culture.
The risk management consultant will need to have a professional qualification and a qualification in risk management.
Experience in the NHS is preferred but public sector background will also be considered and also project / change management experience is essential.
You will also need to be flexible to the developing needs of the service.
