About the role
You'll be part of a forward-thinking risk management team that operates at the very core of the business. Focusing on the design and implementation of risk management systems and processes, you'll manage delivery from the outset, building productive working relationships with risk colleagues, the wider business and third parties and using your experience to coach risk analysts and build and deliver innovative decision systems. You will specify business and technical requirements, test and implementation strategies and be absolutely focused on change management and controls.
About you
An accomplished risk management professional, you'll have already steered far-sighted projects through their entire lifecycle. What's more, thanks to your background in financial services, you'll have a thorough understanding of rules-based risk management decision systems and UK credit bureaux services. Logical and analytical, probably with a degree in a numerate discipline, you'll be a skilled - not forgetting innovative - problem-solver. But you'll also be good with words - able to explain both the technical and business aspects of risk in straightforward terms to a range of difference audiences.
