Our client is a Commodities House with businesses worldwide. They are currently seeking a Compliance Support & Monitoring Analyst to join their team. THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To work as part of a team in the management of compliance monitoring activities for the trading organisations in London, and oversees

Monitor that the rules and requirements of our external financial regulators and agencies, such as the (FSA), and (CFTC), are complied with

Ensure compliance with the rules of the traded commodity derivative exchanges, such as ICE Futures Europe, NYMEX and the DME, as well as own corporate policies.

This role requires extensive dialogue with traders and their business support teams, senior management, and, where appropriate, exchanges and regulators

Participate on a International project to implement a new global compliance monitoring tool that is critical to the enhancement of existing Commercial Compliance Monitoring activities

Trade floor presence to monitor trading activities against various Commercial Compliance policies

Monitor Commercial trading activities against potential forms of market abuse

Produce trader accuracy reports and management information on material issues and concerns

Work across many internal functions and cover all Commercial trading lines for London and oversees offices

EXPERIENCE:

Relevant compliance Monitoring/surveillance experience

Experience within the trading business advantageous

Product: Commodities and Derivatives knowledge would be ideal
