Description:
Large Financial Services Company is currently recruiting for a new Compliance Policy Manager, with responsibility for providing sound, accurate and commercial advice on regulatory issues affecting the business, enabling the business to operate in accordance with industry best practice as well as FSA standards.You will be providing advice and guidance to the business on technical regulatory issues, utilising your broad financial services knowledge to contribute to policy changes to in-house regulations, analysing the impact of regulatory changes, appreciating when potential issues require escalating, and planning/executing the implementation of any required changes to internal policies/procedures.
Knowledge of GI regulation and a broad knowledge of distribution models and the related regulatory implications would be useful.
