Organisation Profile:

Well known Financial Services Company are seeking to recruit an additional Compliance Monitoring Officer to give advice and guidance to the business on regulatory rules.

Role / Key Responsibilities:

Carry out the Compliance Monitoring Plan in accordance with the Regulator and firms Procedures and methodology.
Complete reports of monitoring findings, including suggestions for remedial actions.
Present monitoring findings to the Business Managers.
Maintain appropriate records relating to monitoring activity.
Report on progress against plan and outstanding actions for governance.
Identify trends and escalate risks / issues to the Compliance Manager

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of regulatory requirements on the Life and Pensions market and back office pension adminstration
FPC (or equivalent) essential
