Company Overview:Top Tier Global Investment Bank are seeking an additional Compliance Analyst to work within the Equities Compliance team.
Role & Principal Accountabilities:
The role focuses on looking at Compliance primarily for Large Holdings and reviewing the EU Transparency Directive to ensure the firm is meeting its regulatory standards.
You will assist in the provision of advice and guidance to the Equity trading business and work with IT to develop compliant systems, provide appropriate training to business lines on the relevant laws and regulations affecting disclosures.
Skills & Experience required:
Must have Large Holding experience and familiarity with the regulatory framework and good analytical skills are required with the ability to extract relevant data and present in a clear concise format.
