Company overview:Leading Financial Services company are seeking to recruit an additional Compliance Adviser to provide regulatory guidance to clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Supporting the business in delivering compliance solutions for client companies
Ensuring that the business departments are aware of their regulatory obligations and are able to provide specialist advice and guidance Responsible for interpreting regulatory rules and principles, conveying the impact to the business
Overseeing the effectiveness of operating policies and practices by conducting risk based monitoring reviews for the group’s regulated companies and outsourced arrangements
Provide the business and senior management with details of the corrective action required to remedy weaknesses identified during compliance reviews and oversee their implementation.
Experience required:
A Compliance background in Life and Pensions or Investment Management (preferably Retail) is required.
