The Yield Management and Pricing Team is part of the Personal Cards Team and drives and manages pricing, credit strategy and revenue enhancement ideas. the role will focus on the following:

Develop and deliver commercial credit strategy in the areas of line assignment. Develops and delivers commercial credit strategy in the areas of credit authorizations.

Role to include the relationship with Fraud area:

Strong executional element – leads operational implementation of credit policy decisions to ensure timely error free delivery and system capability is available to support the strategies. Leads credit & fraud strategy workstream within Income programmes as needed.

The Candidate:

Educated to degree standard, Commercial financial services market experience, Strong strategic and analytical ability, Prior credit card experience, preferably with a UK or US credit card issuer, Fully understand, develop and manage profit and loss dynamics, Excellent numeric and analytical skills, Effective communication and ability to influence all layers of management and staff, Ability to analyse and interpret results and thorough knowledge of credit card industry and market plac
