We currently have exciting opportunities for a Collections/Recovery Strategy Analysts in our Consumer Risk division.
About the role…
The role of Collections/Recovery Strategy Analyst within the UK analytics function will involve the development, validation and tracking of all Collections/Recovery strategies across the UK Consumer businesses within Citi and Egg; Credit Cards, Retail banking, Personal Loans and Mortgages. This department is key for business growth and profit optimisation.
The purpose of the role to identify, measure and control the credit and lending risks for Collections/Recovery strategies.
The Key Responsibilities include…
o Accurate tracking and monitoring of collections and recovery strategies
o Development and recommendation of loss mitigating customer Collections and Recovery strategies
o Optimisation of risk segmentation
o Provide analytical support assisting the Strategy Manager in project work
o Development of strategy refinements, calculating the expected vs. actual impact and tracking to benchmarks
In order to do this role successfully you will need to have experience working in an analytical role within a Credit Risk Management Function. Good understanding of score models, including the development, validation and strategic use is required. You will also need solid SAS programming experience.
