This is a highly challenging and exciting role within the Global Retail and Commercial Bank. A newly created function, GRCB Capital Management, will take primary responsibility for the measurement and management of regulatory capital, economic capital and economic profit. The jobholder will work as part of a dynamic team whose proactive and innovative risk and capital management approach will inform key business decisions, creating value across GRCB.

The output from GRCB Capital Management assists senior management with a diverse range of strategic business issues. The roleholder will be a member of the GRCB Capital Management team and will be responsible for supporting the team to provide first class capital analysis to GRCB units.

The jobholder will for monitor and analyse capital within GRCB, ensuring that capital demand is understood and accurately measured /calculated and reported across GRCB, supporting senior management strategy.
