Description:
Business Integration Director required by a Listed PLC. Due to their highly acquisitive growth plans, my client are looking to strengthen their Senior Management team with the appointment of a professional interim to head up a project centred around the integration of their recently acquired businesses. A strategic mindset and excellent stakeholder management is key to this role as dealing with OMBs and SMEs are a large proportion of the responsibilities. Being able to integrate finance back office functions, HR processes, manage the rebranding of the acquired businesses and looking at the strategic impact of these on the group are all prerequisites in this highly commercial business facing position.
